My 5G internet is not activated

I’ve received my modem for 3 days and it still can not use it because they said my internet isn’t activated yet. Please help me what should I do?

You should receive an email saying that your service is active. What's the status of the modem lights? 

 

Send us a private message with your Customer ID or username so we can check your service.
