Get online support

My ADSL internet has been down for a week

My ADSL internet has been not working for a week now since 16th of March.  I tried emailing TPG customer service and no answer.  An operator once tried to put me through to tech support 3 days ago and after waiting an hour phone system disconnected me.  Chat system does not work as I cannot send replies in the chat.


I've had TPG for the past year and half.  There is no problem with billing, I haven't changed username or any other settings in the modem.  Modem works fine, except internet light is not on.  I tried restarting it serveral times and it does not work.
