My NBN connection is super slow, even TPG Speedtest cannot run. I restarted my modem but internet was just ok for few minutes then becomes unacceptable slow again with no webpage can be loaded.

Let us take a look and see what we can do to fix the speed issues. May we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, and could you post a speed test result on this thread for reference?

I have restarted my NBN modem but connection was fine (still slow) but after few minutes, it becomes slow again. It's just ok now so that I can run speed test, previously, speedtest can't even run.

I have back and forth PM for a week and also got a call back appointment between 8a.m to 12p.m today but no one called me back. I got someone from TPG called me suddenly on Thursday when I wasn't at home so cannot solve any issue, I told her to call me on Saturday at agreed time but today, got no call. Please can we make some actual progress for this? I am frustrated now trying to contact TPG for a week. It is impacting my life and my work!
