Get online support

My NBN keeps disconnecting since July 11

Dear TPG support team,
My Internet connection keeps dropping since yesterday. I can see the Internet connection drops every a few minutes from the router admin.
Now I'm working from home everyday and totally rely on the stable network connection to get my work done, so could you please investigate the issue and fix it ASAP. If you need any details please let me know.
