My TPG Email is not working and Cannot Login to Post Office

My TPG email has not worked for weeks. i have called tech support twise, still no solution. What the heck is going on with your system? I can loginto my TPG account but cannot login to Post Office.

Totally unacceptable service.

Please look into this issue as the matteer of urgency.

i have been looked after by WebMaster and issue was resolved. Although it tookk 3 Phone calls to tech support and several days.
