My first day with TPG- Technician left site with modem not working

The technican left the site at lunch time with modem not working. He has advised to talk to support team for modem reconfiguartion. No lights for DSL & Internet.

may be check connection from socket to router  because i had similar issue and  it was just loose connection, if you have old  610 socket  then try with new 610 adapor becasue sometime that might be causing loose connection. by the way what kind of service you have with like ADSL or NBN, any idea?
