Get online support

My home NBN connection becomes very unstable

From yesterday, it disconnected very often. At least, this morning, it is disconnected at least 4 ~ 6 times. I have tried reboot NBN and Wireless Modem.  Can you help me investigate on your side?  My user name is "dapenghome".
