My home nbn no connection from yesterday don’t know what’s happening?

We recommend to check first if your service is affected by an outage/maintenance: NBN Network outage & TPG Service Status

 

If it's not listed, PM us with your TPG customer ID or username so we can assist and check your service.

Resolved next day straight through home visit and fixed by nbn technician at this 38 degree hot weather really appreciate thanks a lot for the quick and prompt service … salute
