Get online support
My internet works fine during the day, but doesn't work properly in the evenings.
When I've looked up why this might be happening, the common answer I get is "internet congestion".
Aussie Broadband claim that they don't have any problems with "internet congestion" in their service.
Therefore, I am just about to swap internet service providers.
I tried ringing TPG, but waited for 20 minutes on hold before I gave up.
TPG doesn't appear to offer the same standards it once did.
Has anyone got anything to say before I go ahead and change service providers?
