My internet speed is very slow

Hi,I noticed in the last few days, that my internet speed is very slow. 

This morning I did a speed test with wifi and with cable as well. and it was super slow. 

I need to work from home, so I need to get this fixed asap!

I'm a customer for more than 4 years but considering changing to a different provider if that won't be sorted out today max tomorrow.
