Please CANCEL account

Hi there, I hve been on the phone and online waiting to cancel my account for the last hour. Can I please cancel it via a link on the website?

I had no internet at home in the last 3 weeks and already been in contact with technical support at least 2 times with a promisse of a returned call with a solution and nothing.

Nothing has been done to fix it, not even a follow up call. Ihad enough and already signed up with Telstra. My intenet is now great - hence I am able to send this message to cancel TPG.
