My place internet doesn't work properly whole this month.

Since 1st of Jan.2023, inrernet spees is very very slow and cannot use this broadband internet which we're using because of the apartment complex choose your company. Also it ia unlimited internet however i xannot use even a little as 1 MB a day at all. Can you fix this issuw and get back our credit please?????
