Get online support

My username is NOT working

I am trying to change my c card details on my ONLINE acct -and have spent collectively 6 hours online chat- they cannot fix the error which keeps preventing me logging on.

Ive tried online customer service and tech support.I spend hours online and then when they cant fix it they disconnect.


I've emailed numerous times and of course you cant call

They won't accept c cards online but have closed their call centres- so my payment didnt go through yesterday and guessing they will dis-connect.

I am stuck in the UK with covid 19 and i know how hard it will be to re-connect if they disconnect.

I need someone to emailo me so i can find out how to get a new username.

Re setting password etc does NOT work- they have tried.

At my wits end :-(
