My wifi speed is terrible

HI There guys,

My internet speed is terrible. I'm trying to work and homeschool at the same time and getting nowhere.

I have run multiple speed tests and they are are all extremely low especially the upload speed. This has been going on for weeks now. I need this fixed as soon as possible please.🙏
