Recently upgraded from NBN 50 to 100 and have not been impressed.

 

The speeds have remained the same. It does not matter what has been done. Reset the Modem and router and made no difference.

 

Have called their support and they would give me no answer. 

 

It may be time to jump ship and go elsewhere. 

 

Please advise and also give a reason to stay?
