NBN ADSL won't connect anymore

Hi. NBN ADSL congiguration ArcherVR1600v (TPG supplied when moved to an NBN plan).

No longer connects to the internet. Has been a bit flaky. Wifi works to router only. DSL light flashes, then turns off - repeat. Have replaced cable and ADSL filter from router to wall. Login to router just says 'connecting' then stops. Have factory reset router. No different. Have plugged in a known working modem/router (factory reset) and the startup wizard says DSL not connected. Again new cable and filter. Tried old cable and filter too.

Any ideas ? Waiting on TPG call back

Since you have tested another modem/router, then we really need to check the status of the line or if there's any line fault that's affecting your service.
