NBN Box not working after outage

Hi Team, 

Need urgent help. Since the storms last thursday my internet is gone.

NBN Box  -  red connection flashing, clicking noise, DSL and LAN is off .
 
Switched off power, disconnected all cables, reconnected everything, no success. 
Checked with NBN and there is no outage

Looking at your account, it shows that the issue is now lodged to our Engineering team for further investigation. 

 

Let's have the assigned Engineer to check what happened on the tech visit today. Kindly await feedback via phone call or SMS.
