NBN CONSTANT DROPOUT

We have been experiencing constant NBN dopouts now for a couple of days.
My wife tells me there was scheduled maintenance 3 days ago, but since then we have had constant drop-outs.
I?have checked the NBN website but it reports there is no outage problems.
So are you able to advise when this may be rectified?

Do you notice if any of the WAN/DSL/Internet lights on the modem is flashing/off when the connection drops? 

 

You can try the following troubleshooting, see if it helps:

1. Make sure the cables are connected securely

2. Use the supplied power adapter for the modem

3. Connect the modem directly to the power source

4. Do a factory reset on the modem  (configure manually if required)

5. Check for wifi drop outs (Easy Steps to Improve Wi-Fi Connection In Your Home)

My brother who lives just a street away is also experiencing the same drop-outs and he's with another carrier.
We have made no changes, alterations to modem or WiFi setup.
It generally works flawlessly all the time.
It's down at the moment again and this is what the modem looks like
