NBN Cable Out

We are out of internet for the past 4-5 days. NBN website showing no outages. We reset both modems (NBN and TPG router) but no luck. When I call TPG support services no much help or information was received. Not sure what to do?

Let us check what causing issues with the connection and fix this, could you send us a PM with your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can proceed with the initial investigation.
