NBN Cancellation Request Received email

This is the second time this has happened to me. I haven't requested to cancel my nbn plan but I got an email regarding NBN Cancellation. Why do you guys always disconnect the internet when the sales department is closed or after midnight and always on weekend. The technical team cannot do anything and they just transfer you to sales team even though the sales department is closed. Currently, I am working from home and it is too frustrating to open another account, pay in advance, switch back to old plan and wait for internet to get activated. If I have to open another account, then I will surely switch to another provider this time.
