NBN Connection Issue

My NBN connection has been dropping out all evening. It is currently out. Can you tell me what the problem is? Also why can’t I get anyone on phone support?

We're sorry about the disruption of your service yesterday and the difficulty in getting through our Helpdesk Team due to the unusually high volume of calls.

 

Using your community details, I was able to pull up your account. From what I gathered, there was an outage yesterday that affected your service. NBNCo reported the incident at 11:33 AM AEST yesterday. They cited that an NBN technician was performing troubleshooting in the Node as part of an investigation on another network incident. NBNCo has declared the outage as resolved by 9:03PM AEST yesterday.

 

I can see that your modem has been for more than 23 hours already.
