NBN Connection down, No call support or online chat support

PLease advise why my NBN Connection is offline today?

I have tried calling and it directs me to use chat support

When using chat support, its says all agents unavailable - 

PLease note consistent connection for work purposes is critical

Please can you check a repeat of my previous issues where some1else has migrated by NBN line has not happened again :-( I need this connection back up URGENTLY
