NBN Connection having consistent issues.

My internet connection has been having issues consistently since pretty much October last year, causing issues when working from home.


On an ethernet connection, there will be periods where the connection is incredibly unstable, disconnecting me from calls and preventing me from doing work.


I have submitted this issue over the phone however it was either blamed on planned maintenance occurring at the time or simply a regular occurrence, sometimes I was even told there were no issues with the connection. It has now happened probably 8 times I know of in this year occurring for 1-2 hours at a time.


Why are these constant issues in connection occurring? It has happened too often and over too many months to be resulting from any ongoing work, and it seriously impacts anyone who's attempting to WFH.
