NBN Connection keeps drop out

My Internet connection is not stable since last week. Either morning or night, connection keeps dropping out. I needed to re-join 8 times to my online meeting in 2 hours.
Sometimes DSL light turned off, sometimes flashing. I tried unplugging many times.
