Internet drop out

Hi

Our internet drops out ~8 days. NBN lights remain green. Modem box internet light goes off but comes back on BUT internet won’t work. We have to power cycle the modem and NBN box to restore the internet. TPG has replaced the modem and NBN fixed a component in the box on the outside of our house plus replaced the node connector in the pit at front of our property. The problem keeps happening ... this has been going on for several months now. Last week it went down, NBN monitored our line for 4 days and said all stable no issues BUT 4 days later no internet. This is now beyond a joke. We need help urgently
