NBN Device (Arris CM8200) continuously restarting

Hi, I'm not having any internet connection. The NBN device (Arris CM8200) is continuously restarting every minute where the downstream, upstream and online blinks and power restarts. The phone customer service have not been able to help.

We were able to locate your account and learned that you've been in touch with our Tech team.

The case was escalated to our Engineers and found out that your service was affected by an NBN network outage.
