Connection to my house has been droping out for the last 2 weeks, Had NBN techs out twice and a TPG tech once. now I have been waiting for a coulpe of days for TPG to get in contact with NBN to fix my connection, not one update yet...
I am frustrated with the lack of not been able to do anything to fix the problem.
Phone calls to tpg have been unhelpful, as there is nothing they can do because NBN need to contact TPG. and I still have to pay for this months connection when it's been unusable. rant over...

We can see that this issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and they have booked another TPG Technician on Dec 27, 2PM-6PM to investigate further.
