My NBN keep dropping out from 5pm, and I have been on hold with TPG help line for over 1 hour already

We ran an initial test to the service to the service it shows connected for 20h 44m. There has been a minimal dropout from the modme/router's connection to our network but no line fault were found, we recommend to monitor the connection for the next 24-48hrs.
In the event that you'll experience the same issue feel free to notify us here in this thread and we'll proceed with further test and investigation.
