NBN Dropout

I am in Narre Warren, and connected by FTTC to Hallam exchange, in the last 24 to 48 hrs my internet has been dropping in and out in the last 12 the internet has been unusable, is there a reported problem, I have checcked both NBN website and TPG site for known issues and cant find anything. this is driving me insane.
