NBN Drops out constantly 15+ times

Recently swapped from ADSL2+ as NBN just arrived fibre to node. NBN connection keeps dropping out all the time. Usually during peak times. 8-10am and 7-11pm. Sometimes is reconnects other time the DSL light does not flash to reconnect. Reboot it and It stays on for 5-10mins and drops out again. DSL light and internet light go out again. Very frustrating usually have to reboot the router a few times a day. Speeds seem to be getting lower as well. Changed over from a problem free ADSL 2+ and hating myself. Any ideas? It's driving me crazy!

We're able to locate your account using your community details and ran an inital test to the service. The test result shows a possible line fault causing dropouts on the connection. This issue has been raised to our Engineering Team. Assessment may take 24-48hrs and updates will be provided by one of our Engineers. via SMS or Phone call.
