My NBN (FTTC) has suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon. I tried turning the power on and off and resetting the device but nothing has worked.
Power light = Solid Blue
Connection light = flashing Red
DSL light = Blue
LAN light = Blue
Please help! Thank you!
The cause of this issue seems to be the weather event last night, in this specific situation the weather has caused the issue in the NBN Co network, which TPG (and all NBN retailers) relies on to supply our NBN services to our customers.
