NBN FTTN extremely slow in new connected area (new installation)

Hi team.

I just had an NBN technician over to install/enable my NBN FTTN connection. It took him a few minutes to do this. He said all is good before he left.

After he left I checked my internet speed and I am getting very bad download speeds. Please see attached screenshot. The am getting speeds of between 0.83Mps - 2.00Mps. I am expected a better connection than this, especially from a broadband connection.

Is there anything I can do to rectify this ASAP?

Hi again. I just did the test again and I am now getting suitable speeds.
