NBN HFC Dropouts

Has anyone had any problems with continual dropouts of your NBN HFC connections?? In the 6 weeks we have had our NBN connection we have not been able to complete a show on netflix!!! I have been in contact with TPG on more than 4 occasions with no results, and keep getting the issue escalated to the engineering dept. with a ticket but than get this message from them the next day saying “ Your TPG service appears to be working normally. If you need assistance please call us on 13 14 23. Thank you” Can anyone advise how to fix this issue??
