Get online support
Hi, ive been having issues for about a week now. I have had no luck with phone support (never got through) or the app (speed test never returns a result). I assume a lot of issues are due to local weather events.
I have tested on multiple devices, no downloads, restart nbn box and router, check cabling and even checked the communications pit to see if it was under water.
