Get online support
Hi,
My NBN internet has been persistently dropping out for the last few days. I have tried to call bnut just get told that you are experiencing a large amount of calls and then i get cut off.
I had this problem a few months ago and was sent another modem, which seemed to fix the problem temporarily, but it has now started again.
I'm very disappointed, please contact me asap.

I'm having the same issue for weeks now and they haven't been able to solve it. Please post if you can get this issue resolved so I can suggest a similar course of action. Thanks
