NBN Internet not working

Dear TPG, 
It is now 6 hours my internet is not working, , Please help. 
I have called TPG support number, waited for 1.5 hours without answer, had to give up, I has also posted message on TPG Community but no reply either. It is really bad!

Same issue with me. I am at Maylands 6051, internet out for last 6 hours. TPG support doesn't answer. Don't know what to do now

There's an unplanned NBN network outage that affected a number of customer in WA and has been resolved.

If your service is not back online, please send us a private message with your account details and we'll check it further.
