I had NBN 50 and then requested to upgrade to NBN 100. Now my connection is absolutely useless. It drops out about 3 times every minute. Support chart is pretty useless as they take minutes to respond to any of my replies. And they seem very diconnected as if they keep switching between multiple people at a time.
Has anyone figured out a way to resolve these issues? Hopefully someone has been in this scenario.
If not Im going to have to move to Telstra for NBN.
