Hi there - my NBN Modem connection light is on but no DSL.
The connection light indicates successful reverse power to NBN equipment outside the premises, but it is not communicating with the NBN access network.
Can you check this please?

Hi Karl, thanks for your reply. The TPG techops have started a ticket and raised the issue to NBN Co. to investigate a probable outside NBN issue.
