No internet connection

No internet   No way to get support??!!! Someone please respond

I'm having the same issue! Since 4pm no internet and no one to get in contact with...Internet cane on fir a few minutes then went again! Lodged fault complaint at after 4pm after trying different things to get internet back but no one got in contact! Very frustrating

I  beleive there was an outage in your area, which has since cleared. 
I was also able to confirm the speeds to your Router are now working normally. 

Are you able to confirm, by running 3 X WIRED speed tests to http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/

I was able to check  your connection, which was resolved yesterday ( 17th May) with the help desk. 
Can you please confirm if your're using  the TPG supplied modem or the original Netgear ?
