I beleive there was an outage in your area, which has since cleared.
I was also able to confirm the speeds to your Router are now working normally.
Are you able to confirm, by running 3 X WIRED speed tests to http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/

I was able to check your connection, which was resolved yesterday ( 17th May) with the help desk.
Can you please confirm if your're using the TPG supplied modem or the original Netgear ?
