NBN Not working

Our nbn internet has dropped out.

NBN Co not showing any problems / outages on their website.

TPG not showing ang service outages either.

So what's the problem?

We checked the account and learned that your service was affected by an unplanned network outage.

This has been resolved by the attending NBN field technician after replacing the faulty network hardware.
