Hi..

Today I lodged multiple faults online, I spoke to someone on this chat who never replied after his original response, I waited 40 mins for a call back only for the person on the other end to hang up on me, then I waited OVER AN HOUR on hold before I gave up.

Somebody needs to call me first thing in the morning or I'm changing providers. Absolutely woeful customer service.
