NBN Outage Communication

I have an NBN outage in my area and have confirmed the same using the below page and entering my address:

I want to however receive communication for when the outage is supposed to be resolved and the cause for it. I have called up TPG but they inform me that there hasn't been any update from NBN. I am not sure what customers should be doing in this case when nobody is ready to provide an update. It's been more than 6 hours of outage so far and I don't even know when it'll be fixed. With so much dependency on internet services in these times, this is very unfair to not even communicate.
