NBN service keeps dropping out.

Past few days my internet service continues to drop out every 20 or so minutes. Resetting my modem gets it working again, but as is a pattern now, 15-20min later it drops out and I am back to square one. Connecting my computer to the ethernet cable directly has also proved useless, which shows me that my router is not the issue.
I have noticed a few WA areas having NBN issues but have no idea if Harrisdale is an affected area.
