NBN HFC based internet dropped out at 10:15PM at Dover Heights which connects to the Rose Bay exchange.
NBN modem keeps cycling but does not connect.
NBN Co status page states no outage at our address. TPG status page does not have any current outages.
Is anyone else having similar issues?

The account that we have under your profile shows a different location/address, which the service is stable.
We'd like to have a better understanding of the situation and escalate it if necessary.
Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number in the Rose Bay NSW account.
