is anyone able to provide a resolution ETA for the unplanned outage in 3806 please? We've been without broadband for the most part since Friday (29/10) morning. It appeared fixed last night, but then dropped out again this morning (31/10). Message on NBN co website refers us to service provider.
With working and schooling at home, this needs resolving ASAP please. Please advise on a resolution ETA.

As advised by nbn™, severe weather has caused this site to experience a loss of mains power resulting in an unplanned outage. Customers are expected to be reconnected to the network once the power is restored by the power provider. If services remain offline, nbn will dispatch a technician to investigate the outage when it is safe to do so.
