NBN Outage

Hi,

My internet connection was working intermittently all day yesterday. this morning it's not working at all. Have tried all usual solutions with modem etc. NBN says there are no outages and I haven't been able to contact TPG by phone or chat. Does anyone have any advice. I'm supposed to be working from home due to COVID-19, but cannot do so without internet.
