My service is not working

My nbn box has two lights off (dsl and lan)
My router has power, 2.4G, 5G and WAN lights on only.
I have turned them on and off again.
A person was working on the nbn hole out front earlier today and that is when I noticed the disruption. So they potentially upset my connection.
