We have had an NBN outage for a number of days now. I searched the NBN website and there are no planned outages. I rebooted my computer and modem many times. I also turned the power off the NBN box and plugged back in.
The NBN box has a solid green for power light, but the Optical light is red, not green.
I really need this fixed as we have been without internet for many days now.
