I would like to know what NBN plan I am currently on ??

My NBN connection has been very slow lately and it has been dropping out. I would like to consider an upgrade to a better speed but I need to know what I am currently on and what download speed I should be getting. I did a speed test today and got 6 Mbps download speed and 1 hour later I got 10 Mbps.  Very slow....

You need to rule out a network fault that might be causing low speed before changing.
